These terms apply when you use the Lee Harding CV Score and Full CV Reviewer ("the service"). The service is provided by [legal name of business], [address] ("we", "us"). Contact: lee@leeharding.me.

By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

CV Score (free). A high-level diagnostic assessment of your CV, with a score out of 100. It identifies potential issues but does not explain how to fix them.

Full CV Reviewer (paid). Detailed recruiter-style feedback on your CV, including recommendations and suggested rewrites where appropriate. You can review as many versions of your CV as you like while your access is active.

Both are produced by software that applies Lee Harding's recruitment methodology using artificial intelligence (AI).

2. Important limitations

  • The service gives guidance and opinion only. It doesn't guarantee interviews, job offers or any other outcome.
  • The results are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Always check suggested rewrites before using them, and include only information that is true and that you can support. You're responsible for the content of your own CV.
  • The service is not legal, financial or careers advice from a qualified professional.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or over to use the service. You need a free account, with a working email address, to use the service. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for individual use and must not be shared.

4. Payment and access

  • Full CV Reviewer access costs £29 (including VAT, if applicable) as a one-off payment. [Confirm VAT position.]
  • It gives you access for 12 months from the date your payment is confirmed.
  • It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. When your access ends you can buy another 12 months if you wish.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload anything that isn't a CV or that you don't have the right to use;
  • use automated tools, scripts or bots to access the service, or try to overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer it;
  • try to extract the instructions or methodology behind the service;
  • resell or commercially redistribute the service or its results.

We apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse. Normal personal use will not be affected by them. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of your CV. You give us permission to process it only to provide your result. We don't permanently store it in our application (see our Privacy Policy).

You may use your results, including suggested rewrites, freely for your own job search. The service, its methodology, design and branding belong to us.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or improve the service. If we ever permanently withdraw the Full CV Reviewer while you have paid access, we'll offer a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Otherwise, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for decisions made by employers or recruiters. Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting your account ends any remaining paid access (see the Refund Policy).

10. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts. We may update these terms; we'll show the date of the latest version above, and material changes won't affect access you've already paid for.
