This policy covers the £29 one-off payment for 12 months' Full CV Reviewer access.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided you haven't started a Full CV Review.

At checkout, you'll be asked to confirm that you want your access to start immediately and that you understand your 14-day cancellation right will end once you start your first Full CV Review.

• Before you've started a Full CV Review: you can cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund. Email lee@leeharding.me.
• Once you've started a Full CV Review: your 14-day cancellation right has ended and we don't normally provide a refund for a change of mind.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If there's a problem with the Full CV Reviewer or it isn't as described, you may have rights to have the problem put right, receive a price reduction or receive a refund.

If we discontinue the Full CV Reviewer

If we permanently discontinue the Full CV Reviewer while you still have paid access remaining, we'll provide an appropriate pro-rata refund for the unused access period.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account ends your paid access and doesn't automatically cancel your purchase or generate a refund.

If you're within the 14-day cancellation period and haven't started a Full CV Review, email lee@leeharding.me before deleting your account if you want to cancel.

How refunds are paid

Any refund due will be returned to the original payment method. Stripe advises that refunds typically take approximately 5–10 business days to appear, although the exact timing depends on the customer's bank or card provider.
